I went to my graduation ceremony on the 25th-picked up my certificate for my public health post grad. I felt too shattered to go but was glad I made the effort. I'm proud of myself I worked really hard for it so it was nice to have it acknowledged.
The boys watched me from a sound proof (ha ha! Crucial!) booth at the back of symphony hall, Birmingham. So glad they were there with me.
We went for Mexican street food on the way home on brindley place- yum! Will had a nana instead but liked the candles on the table!

Snowdrops and Sunshine
Such a gorgeous day today at Rode Hall on the snowdrop walks through the grounds.
Me and the boys, nanny annie, Becky and Jenny all took a stroll in the early springtime sunshine.
We rolled down mossy banks, feeling naughty- 'should we be on the grass?' and explored the site at speed following william in his element!
William poked a stick into a very intriguing tree hole full of a squirrels stash of beech nuts and stagnant water! (nice) encouraged another kid to do it too- oh well- life doesn't get much better than that when your nearly 3!
The sun gradually fell in the sky, dappling the light through the trees and making for beautiful evening glow- Rode hall is a magical kind of place, full of quirky sights- and fairies undoubtedly!
There was a little pool/ fountain for wishing with pennies, a (witches) cave full of shells and fossils??? Fallen trees for climbing on and sleepy nooks for hidden row boats under grassy banks.
We went last year for the Just So festival which was A-mazing- hope we can go again this year. Such a great setting!
James loved taking snaps of the scenery and making us chuckle when he announced, behind the bird watchers that he'd spotted the penguin!
We did enjoy the snow drops, there were thousands- although I can't say they were the highlight of the day.
For me it was watching my boys heart fly- running until his cheeks were red and giggling all the way, loving special time in a beautiful natural place with family he loves to pieces! They loved it too,I'm sure that williams enjoyment was everyone's most precious memory of this magical sunny day.
